FSI 433L Distillation Laboratory

The course introduces the laboratory basics of distillation. Products discussed include brandy and eau de vie production; whiskey production; rum production; vodka and gin production; and flavored spirits production. Issues pertaining to flavor chemistry and sensory analysis are also covered.
