LAW-2907 International Intellectual Property

This course will cover the development of international intellectual property law, how it intersects and inter-relates to US IP law, influencing acquisition of rights, scope of rights, exercise of rights (licensing) and international dispute resolution. The course will cover both the public and private law aspects of international intellectual property.
