MSS0601 Professional and Personal Development (CCP)
This course focuses on preparing students for a professional career in massage therapy. Students will learn effective written and verbal communication skills, attentive listening and how to communicate effectively with a diversity of clients. Practical guidelines will be given on how to establish a successful massage therapy practice, secure entry-level employment, professional presentation, fee structure, marketing strategies and business ethics.
