This course offers an in-depth study of gaseous fuel vehicles, focusing on their operation, inspection procedures, and safety considerations. Students will evaluate lean-burn technology and learn to calculate optimal air-fuel ratios for maximum performance and efficiency. The course also covers the function and operation of electronic control modules (ECMs), with emphasis on diagnostic techniques used to identify and resolve system issues in alternative fuel vehicles.
