ENGR 353 Environmental Engineering

Develop foundational skills related to water supply and wastewater treatment, solid waste management, stormwater management, air pollution, risk assessment, hazardous waste remediation, and related topics. Estimate water and wastewater flow rates to design water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, and pumping systems. Laboratory experience emphasizes water chemistry, disinfection, and chemical, physical, and biological assessment of water quality.
