CHRM 330 Organization and Leadership for Ministry

An introduction to the basic processes of organization and leadership in a variety of ministry settings, including congregations and parachurch ministries. Topics include financial planning, organizational management, and leadership recruitment, development, and training. Diverse cultural perspectives on leadership will also be explored and addressed.
