PHTH 656L Lab: PT Skills II:Therapeutic Exercise

Students practice and demonstrate competency in the selection and performance of therapeutic exercise to promote patient/client-centered goals, outcomes, values, preferences and needs using case studies. The physiological effects and training/treatment rationale of the selection are covered. Effective communication and instruction are emphasized in the student learning process. Upon completion, the student exhibits mastery of the selected treatment skills in therapeutic exercise.
