Nursing - Associate of Applied Science to Bachelor of Science in Nursing Completion Pathway
Enrollment into the AASN to BSN Completion Pathway requires that students are concurrently enrolled in a nursing course within the Mercy College AASN Program.
Students must have successfully completed NUR 110 prior to registering for AASN to BSN Completion Pathway courses.
AASN students choosing to enroll into the AASN to BSN Completion Pathway have the option of completing the following courses prior to RN Licensure:
RN to BSN Completion Core Courses
Complete any of the following courses:

Note: Bachelor degrees at Mercy College require three courses in the 'Arts, Humanities, Culture, and Diversity' General Education Category, two of these must be in Religious Studies. Consult with your academic advisor to determine the best course to take as an AASN student.
AASN students must complete NUR 324 and NUR 414 prior to taking the following upper division Nursing Electives:

AASN students must complete General Education courses first, followed by NUR 324 and NUR 414, prior to taking the following upper division Nursing Electives offered in the AASN to BSN Completion Pathway.

The Division of Nursing Pre-Licensure Program Dismissal Policy does not apply to unsuccessful completion of the RN to BSN Completion courses available through the AASN to BSN Completion Pathway while actively enrolled in the AASN program nursing courses.
