MGT 3005 Foundations of Leadership

This foundational course in Leadership Studies provides a broad overview of the complexities of leading in contemporary organizations. The student will examine leadership models and theories, and extrapolate how leadership has or has not changed over time. The student will examine leadership through the context of critiquing various leaders throughout history and analyzing their personal leadership style and behavioral patterns. (2 lect.)
