MLS 410 Phlebotomy
This course provides experiences and knowledge of the blood collection, which is necessary for a competent Medical Laboratory Scientist. The Phlebotomy course includes a discussion of a self-study course that covers principles and procedures of phlebotomy followed by a 2-week rotation in both outpatient and inpatient setting with instruction and practice in specimen collection and patient interaction techniques.
