This course introduces students to practical applications of artificial intelligence (AI) tools suitable for healthcare administration contexts. It emphasizes widely available AI technologies, including generative AI models, AI-assisted decision-making tools, productivity-enhancing AI, and data analysis tools suitable for healthcare managers.
The course explores ethical, operational, and strategic implications of implementing AI in healthcare administration. Students will also explore how AI competencies contribute to their ongoing professional development and career advancement.
