BIO 422 Advanced Physiology

This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the function & regulation of the human body from the cellular to organ system level. The physiological integration of the organ systems to maintain homeostasis as well as some aspects of disease states will be discussed. The contents of this course will include neural & hormonal homeostatic control mechanisms, as well as the study of the musculoskeletal, circulatory, respiratory, digestive, urinary, immune, reproductive, and endocrine organ systems.

Both BIO 220, BIO 221, & BIO 290; all coursework must be taken within the past seven years.
