HCA 550 Healthcare Leadership, Communications, and Organizational Culture

This course provides an overview of leadership strategies and analysis of historical and contemporary leaders' traits and behaviors. The methods of how healthcare leaders translate vision and strategy into optimal organizational performance will be explored. The study of how communication and the impact of organizational culture and climate on people and processes will also be included.
