MGT 4005 Leading Others

This course examines leadership on an organizational level. The student will evaluate team leadership models and theories. The student will judge effective methods for building trust, critique communication and feedback, and evaluate decision-making, delegation, and conflict management processes within the realm of leading others. The student will create a leadership plan specifically focused on leading others. Prerequisite: Completion of MGT 3005 and MGT 3010. (3 lect.)
