AGEC 3100 Agricultural Economics
This course is designed to provide the student an advanced study of economic principles, trends, and production alternatives as they pertain to agricultural economics. The student will recommend a plan for production alternatives. (3 lect.)

Outcomes
In order to successfully complete this course, the student will:
1. Analyze the different agricultural economic fields including the food industry, demand theory, and competitive environments.
2. Analyze economic trends as they apply to U.S. and world agricultural production.
3. Critique production plan alternatives.
4. Differentiate the interrelationships of local, national, and world influences on agriculture production.
