MGT 4005 Leading Others

This course examines leadership on an organizational level. The student will incorporate personal leadership knowledge with the key components of leading within a group/team environment. The student will analyze and formulate effective methods of conflict resolution, delegation, decision-making, and teamwork. The student will build trust, give and receive constructive feedback, and effectively empower others. The student will create an organizational vision and formulate strategies to communicate and cultivate support for employees and team members. (3 lect.)
