PHYS 103 Science of Energy

Introduction to the basic principles of energy science.  Energy sources under discussion include fossil fuels, nuclear, wind, solar, and biomass.  Energy distribution, efficiency, and conservation are also studied.  Laboratory inquiries provide hands-on experience with the concepts and applications studied in the classroom.
