BIO 180 Principles of Zoo Science

Foundation course for students participating in the Zoo Science major. Emphasis is placed on fundamentals of zoo and aquarium management, primary biological taxa managed zoos, and an introduction to aspects of zoo animal behavior, nutrition, veterinary medicine, and conservation programs. Three hours of lecture per week. Restricted to students in Zoo Science major.
