SLP 510 Capstone in Speech-Language Pathology
This course is designed to provide graduate speech-language pathology students with an experience in identifying and applying research on a case-by-case basis. The student will complete a written comprehensive treatment critique that will include the analysis, synthesis, and interpretation of research findings and a discussion of the treatment methodology and functional applications. Students will then provide an oral grand rounds presentation on the research findings. This course will also be utilized as a midway evaluation point for the professional development portfolio assessment.
