EDL 531 Organizational Politics

This course is designed to examine the impact of leaders on the political landscape surrounding an organization. Topics covered will include an overview of a leader's power, decision making process, and the ability to resolve conflict. Navigating through the political arena of negotiating, networking, and influencing others will also be discussed.
