EDL 521 Strategic Educational Planning

This course is designed to provide an overview of the impact of leadership and the effects of behaviors on the formulation and execution of strategy within an educational organization. Special focus is placed on applying the knowledge, skills, and commitments necessary to collaboratively lead, design, and implement a school or district mission and vision through the continuous improvement process.
