SWK 308 Disaster Response
This course focuses on the history, the development, and the application of social work disaster response. Emphasis is placed on the connection between theory and practice, characteristics, strengths, and service needs across all system levels that have experienced either a manmade or natural disaster. Pre-req: SWK 400.
