NUR 319 Pharmacology I
This course introduces the concepts of pharmacology with a focus on the nurse’s responsibility in the safe administration of medications. Provides instruction in the calculation of dosages and solutions necessary to safely administer medications in practice. Topics include pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacotherapeutics related to selected drug classifications. Pre-req: Nursing major, NUR 202 and NUR 203
