CAT 200 Intro Creative Arts in Therapy
Introduces students to the basic overall history, theory, and concepts of Art Therapy and the Art Therapy profession. Course content explores the different orientations of Art for therapy and art psychotherapy and approaches that comprise this discipline, including populations that are served. Art therapists who work within a wide range of settings are invited to present to the class to balance the theoretical with the practical.
