BLA 400 Marketing for Leaders

This course studies basic principles of and important strategies for marketing in for-profit and non-profit organizations. Emphases are placed upon examining 1. the role of marketing in creating and delivering the value proposition, and 2. how marketing fits into an organizational structure. A major assignment in this course is for the students to develop a management/administrative plan for marketing a particular project or program within an organization. Prerequisite: BLA 310
