BLA 308 Organizational Ethics

This course focuses on the ethical challenges and issues that face individuals at all levels within an organization. Students become familiar with types of organizational ethics policies and codes, and ways in which the ethics culture of an organization develops. A model for ethical decision making is presented, which is applied in numerous types of exercises and case studies. Case studies and case analyses are also created by students through which they address actual ethical situations from their experiences in organizations. Prerequisite: BLA 306.
