BIO 306 Biotech I
Two-part course designed to teach techniques and use of instrumentation common to basic biotechnology laboratories. Topics include recombinant DNA technology, gene expression analysis, and protein quantification, detection, and purification. Pre-req: BIO 124, 125; CHEM 112, 113.
