 This course builds on ART 295 UI/UX Design Fundamental. An advanced exploration of interaction and information design focusing on user interfaces for interactive platforms. Students will learn how to design usable, useful, and desirable digital interfaces from a user-centered perspective with the practice of user experience design in mobile, web, and other dynamic informatics and interpretive media installation experiences. Topics include human-computer interaction (HCI) and graphical user interface (GUI) principles. Students will design and build interactive prototypes while continuing to build a strong foundation of graphic design fundamentals through practical application.
