PSYH 9316 Psychiatry in the Media

By the completion of this course students will possess the knowledge of how the media via TV & Film contribute misinformation about Mental Health, Psychiatry, and Psychiatrists. Students will also possess the knowledge of how stereotypes regarding patients with mental health disorders and psychiatrists are perpetuated by the media.

Prerequisite: Completion of MS2 year.
