ENGR 2308 Engineering Economics

This course introduces methods of economic analysis in planning, developing, constructing, and managing engineering projects. Topics include: cost-driven design economics, money-time relationships and equivalent worth, cost estimation, selection rules for alternatives, dealing with uncertainty, probabilistic risk analysis, depreciation, taxes and inflation, life cycle analysis, financial statement analysis, and case study.
