REHS 8357 Seminar in Assessment

This course focuses on the principles, methods, and theoretical foundations of psychological ad vocational assessment, with emphasis on psychological tests and measurements. Topics to be examined include intelligence, achievement, personality, behavior, and emotional functioning among persons with disabilities. Career guidance and placement factors will also be investigated. In addition, testing issues relating to standardization, validity, and test reliability in a multicultural society will be explored. May be repeated three times for credit.
