EDLR 8360 Leadership Theory and Practice

The course will focus on developing the leadership skills and competencies needed to effectively lead complex and diverse educational organizations. Self-awareness, sound intuition, valid theory, cultural responsiveness, and leadership and management skills will be explored and applied.
