EDCI 8326 Instructional Leadership

This course provides students with an introduction to leadership theory and practice in the context of instructional leadership. Course concepts include, but are not limited to, assessing and changing organizational culture, identifying and cultivating effective instructional practices and leading instructional change within schools and other learning organizations.
