BUS 419 Strategically Managing Organizations

This course is structured around students learning to make advanced business decisions using data accumulated within a company and from outside sources to maximize circumstances management encounters. May be taken only during the final two semesters of course work. Analyzing stretegic situations and decision making based on these analyses to ensure the success of for-profit and non-profit organizations. Students will choose current companies, research them through available data, publications, and interviews with company principals; then prepare strategic plans to initiate or introduce new product lines for those companies.
