ENTR 200 Small Business Finance
Introduces the student to the theories, knowledge, and financial tools needed by the entrepreneur in starting, building, and harvesting a successful venture. Topics include financing a new venture, managing profit and cash flow, financing the growth of the firm, alternative financing methods, creation of value, valuation methods, financial distress, personal finance of business owner. Class will review a case study of a local successful venture. A primary focus is on the financial aspect of the business plan.
