Evaluation of Transcripts and Credentials
After students apply, the University will evaluate all courses on official documents for acceptance as transfer credit and notify applicants of the credits accepted by the University. No courses/grades can be removed from the record once sent to TESU for evaluation. Applicants will receive an Academic Evaluation showing how accepted credits will apply toward their degree and what credits are needed to complete the degree program. Applicants are entitled to two evaluations. If there is any doubt as to the content of a particular course, applicants will be asked to submit additional information such as a course syllabus or outline.
All documentation sent to Thomas Edison State University for transfer evaluation is the property of the University and will not be returned or released to an applicant or student.
Evaluations are not completed for inactive students. Students must either be applicants to the University, or enrolled.
