BSNA Transfer Track Policy

Transferring BSNA Tracks

Enrolled students who would like to transfer between track (e.g., Trenton-based BSNA Track to/from the Camden Scholar BSNA Track*) should put their request in writing at least four (4) weeks prior to the end of a term and submit the request to nursing@tesu.edu.
The following criteria are required for the transfer to be considered. The student requesting the BSNA Track transfer must:

  1. Be in good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 nursing GPA;
  2. Transfer tracks after a term is complete;
  3. Transfer tracks before enrolling in evidence-based practice or leadership courses (NUR 4190 Exploring Evidence-based Practice and Research in Nursing or NUR 4101 Exploring Evidence-based Practice and Research in Nursing: Scholars Track and/or NUR 4280 Leadership and Management in Nursing or NUR-4102 Leadership and Management in Nursing: Scholars Track; and
  4. Speak with TESU Student Account and Financial Aid personnel.
    Please note: A BSNA Track change will only be considered once per student and is non-reversible. The track being requested by the student must have the capacity to accommodate another student. Students will be charged the tuition of the track they are transferring into.
