ACR0622 Troubleshooting and Servicing Heating Systems (CCP)

Prerequisite: ACR0501 (with a grade of C or higher) Corequisites: VPI0100, VPI0200, VPI0300

This course provides hands-on training in servicing and testing combustion-type heating equipment. Students will learn to use specialized tools for combustion systems and troubleshoot gas valves and regulators used in heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems. Additionally, the course covers the fundamentals of heating and cooling system design, offering a comprehensive understanding of how these systems are engineered for optimal performance. By the end of the course, students will be equipped to effectively service combustion systems and understand the principles behind HVAC system designs.
