NUTR 503 Professional Development in Nutrition and Dietetics I

This course provides an introduction to professional development activities required for the registered dietitian credential. Topics include servant leadership, assessment of professional knowledge and skill, and introduction to inter-professional education. Participation at professional meetings may be required.
