MAP 160 Medical Assisting Capstone

This course will run concurrent with the Medical Assisting Practicum experience and is designed to help students prepare for a national credentialing exam. Students will integrate and apply both administrative and clinical knowledge, theory and understanding from previous course work in the medical assistant program. Study and test taking techniques will be reviewed. Students will also prepare for employment in the healthcare industry by learning resume writing skills, interviewing skills and professionalism.
