SUR1120 Surgical Technology 1

The course will provide students with basic concepts and skills needed in the operating room with emphasis on surgical case planning and management, establishment of the sterile field and skills necessary in the operating room. Students will also be provided with skills regarding wound care and healing, hemostasis and suture material and management.
