SUR1110 Fundamentals of Surgical Technology

This course provides the students with basic concepts of patient care and considerations for the physical and psychological needs of the patient. Students will develop skills as they relate to instrumentation, equipment, and supplies as well as their uses and applications during surgery. Students will also develop skills and knowledge related to asepsis and sterile technique.
