MGT2540 Leadership
This course is a study of leadership fundamentals essential for understanding, developing, strengthening, and practicing good leadership skills. Classroom focus is on enhancing the student's ability to lead, influence, motivate, empower, and foster positive attitudes through maximizing human relationships, effective communication, and key decision-making. Cases, exercises, self-assessments, and other interactive activities are included in this course.
