SWA2030 Introduction to Case Management
This course will teach students to function in various interdisciplinary teams, manage a caseload, and link clients with needed community resources. Students of all professional backgrounds will learn critical skills in assessment, documentation, treatment planning, gathering data, and record keeping. This course gives students critical and in-demand case management skills applicable to most health, addiction, behavioral, and social service settings.
