STP2214 Level Four Plumbing

Level Four Plumbing introduces trainees to business principles for plumbers including concepts and practices that are essential for successful plumbing businesses and to the knowledge and skills required for team leadership. The course also explains code requirements and discusses the practices of installing water pressure booster and recirculation systems, indirect and special waste treatment, hydronic and solar heating systems, private water supply and waste disposal systems, swimming pools and hot tubs, and describes the location and layout of plumbing systems for mobile homes and mobile home parks. The course concludes with instruction on diagnosis and repair of piping systems. 9 credit hours. Prerequisite: STP2213
