This course provides an introduction to the theory, methods, and concerns of corporate finance. Emphasis is placed on achieving wealth maximization through the use of analytical skill, financial analysis, forecasts, cash and capital budgeting, operating and financial leverage, the cost of capital, and dividend policy. 3 Cr Hrs.
