Enforcement Authority

  1. Any designated College official, as determined by the President of the College, may enforce College policy or procedure, or cause enforcement action upon any member of the College community or any visitor for any violations to College policy or procedure, or federal, state or municipal laws, according to due process.
  2. The President of the College shall give enforcement authority to any designated College official as a privilege, not a right.
  3. The Campus Security Department shall keep all incident reports and logs pertaining to enforcement activities on campus, and any requests for these documents should be forwarded through the Campus Security Department.
