Outcomes
In order to successfully complete this course, the student will:
1. Demonstrate correct utilization of the basic vocabulary of psychology and scientific research
2. Analyze specific brain functions
3. Examine the environmental and social aspects of sensing and perceiving
4. Analyze the basis of emotions and stress, and their effect on health
5. Identify the cognitive, learning and memory functions
6. Compare cultural differences of consciousness and the concept of the self
7. Differentiate the models of personality, psychopathology
8. Apply these concepts in the context of the social environment
