MGT 4390 Mgmt and Leadership Capstone
This capstone course offers the student with opportunity to increase their impact and effectiveness as a leader and manager. The student will integrate and apply knowledge and skills acquired in the Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management and Leadership Degree through a capstone project. The student will develop a project that may be work, community, or field-based, and centered around a complex and real-life problem related to organizational management and leadership studies.
