This course prepares students for the service industry. Emphasis is placed on the principles of exceptional customer service, work ethic, personal effectiveness, managing difficult customers, developing computer and writing skills used in the service industry. Students who have credit in

CUST 1553, and
CUST 1554 may not receive duplicate credit for this course. Students earning credit in
